The role focuses on learning complaints processes, regulatory requirements, and operational practices through training, coaching, and supervised on the job experience.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Underwriting Operations team at Canopius plays a vital role in supporting the underwriting function and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day insurance operations. They work closely with underwriters to manage processes, systems, and data that enable efficient and accurate policy handling.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As an apprentice, you will support the Delegated Claims Performance team, who are responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of Canopius' Delegated Claims Administrators (DCAs). You will assist with data management, referrals, and administrative activities that support the effective oversight of delegated claims operations.</p>
