You will provide frontline support by triaging and resolving user queries, delivering clear and timely communication, and ensuring a high standard of service.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The apprentice will be working in the reception area of the surgery whilst completing their apprenticeship. They will be studying to understand the organisation and services provided, learn the regulations and legislation that affect the surgery, learn our systems as well as learn how to enhance the customer experience.</p>
