Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy At XR Consultancy, we aim to provide a smooth and fair experience for all clients. Please review the following policies before booking your session: ✅ Booking Policy Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Last-minute availability may be released on the day if waitlisted – clients will be contacted via email. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund (minus any transaction fees). You may reschedule your session up to 1 hour before the start time, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session or no-shows are subject to a £13 fee, which covers administration and lost time. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. Should a slot open up, you will be notified via email or SMS. Places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 📌 Notes XR Consultancy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances.
